1. Introduction

  • All prices are listed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) unless otherwise stated.

  • Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout before order confirmation.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation from our team.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary, including cases of incorrect pricing or suspected fraud.
  • Accepted payment methods may include online payment gateways, bank transfer, or other methods listed on the website.

5. Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: MVR 50 per order. Free delivery for orders above MVR 100.
  • Express Delivery: MVR 100 per order.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, and operational conditions.
  • Zetta Mart Select will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Products may be returned or exchanged within 24 hrs of purchase if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Certain items such as consumables or clearance products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

7. Warranty

  • Products may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repair.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information.
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the delivery location.
  • Using products according to manufacturer instructions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zetta Mart Select shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Customer information collected during purchases will be used only for order processing, delivery, and customer support. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except where required for service delivery.
