Delivery & Pickup Policy

Service area & hours. We deliver across Malé and Hulhumalé every day, 8:00 am – 1:00 am. Website orders are accepted until 12:00 midnight; orders placed after midnight are delivered from 8:00 am.

Delivery options & charges

• ASAP delivery — typically within 1 hour in Malé · 2-hour arrival window in Hulhumalé.
• Prefer a time? Pick a delivery slot at checkout.
• Delivery charge: Malé Rf 25 · Hulhumalé Rf 65.
• FREE delivery on orders over Rf 500 (both zones).

Free store pickup. Choose Pickup at ZettaMart Select at checkout — no charge. Your order is typically ready within 1 hour during opening hours and we'll message you when it's packed. Please bring your order number.

Payment. All online orders are paid securely through the Bank of Maldives (BML) payment gateway — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. All prices include 8% GST.

ZettaMart may adjust delivery times during adverse weather or public holidays; we'll always tell you before confirming your order.
