Delivery & Pickup Policy

Service area & hours. We deliver across Malé and Hulhumalé every day, 8:00 am – 1:00 am. Website orders are accepted until 12:00 midnight; orders placed after midnight are delivered from 8:00 am.

Delivery options & charges

• ASAP delivery (within 1 hour) — our standard service during opening hours.
• Evening window (6 pm – 12 am) — choose it at checkout if you prefer a later drop.
• Delivery charge: Malé Rf 25 · Hulhumalé Rf 65.
• FREE delivery on orders over Rf 500 (both zones).

Free store pickup. Choose Pickup at ZettaMart Select at checkout — no charge. Your order is ready in about 1 hour within opening hours and we'll message you when it's packed. Please bring your order number.

Payment. All online orders are paid securely through the Bank of Maldives (BML) payment gateway — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. All prices include 8% GST.

ZettaMart may adjust delivery times during adverse weather or public holidays; we'll always tell you before confirming your order.
