Zetta Mart – Shipping & Delivery Policy

Zetta Mart currently delivers within the Greater Malé Area only, including:

  • Malé
  • Hulhumalé (Phase 1 & Phase 2)
  • Villimalé
  • Hulhulé

Delivery Timelines

  • Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 1:00 AM
  • Next-day delivery: Orders placed after 1:00 AM or during peak periods
  • Deliveries are made 7 days a week, excluding public holidays (unless otherwise announced)

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, or high-volume periods.

Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery: MVR 10 per order. Free delivery for orders above MVR 100.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation via email/SMS
  • A delivery notification on the day of delivery

Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery may be scheduled with an additional charge
