Zetta Mart – Returns & Refund Policy

We aim to keep returns simple and fair while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

FMCG (Food & Household Essentials)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for FMCG items once delivered
  • Exceptions apply only if:
    • The item is damaged, expired, or incorrectly delivered
    • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

Photographic evidence may be required.

Consumer Electronics & Appliances

Returns or exchanges are accepted if:

  • The item is defective on arrival
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories

Return window: Within 48 hours of delivery

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days
  • Delivery fees (if charged) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part
