This product is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.
What We Will Do
If a defect is confirmed, Zetta will:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace it with the same or equivalent model
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage (drops, impact, water exposure)
- Misuse, negligence, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Consumables (batteries, bits, blades, cables)
- Power surge damage
- Unauthorised repair or tampering
- Heavy commercial/industrial use unless specified
7-Day DOA Policy
Faults reported within 7 days of purchase may qualify for direct replacement (subject to inspection).
How to Claim
- Provide original invoice/receipt
- Submit product for inspection
- Contact Zetta Customer Support
Warranty valid only for original purchaser.
Liability limited to product purchase value.
